Annual VBFD Chili Cook Off
OCTOBER 16th 2004

This year's Cook Off is scheduled for October 16th at 4:00 p.m. Last years supper proved to be a great success with nearly $800 raised for the Van Buren Township Fire Department. Winners of the cook off were 1st place to Steve Gilliam; 2nd place to Dave Stewart; 3rd place to Sandra Duckworth and hottest chili went to Rusty Clark.

The dinner is open to the public. There will be a silent auction on items donated by local business. Donations are still being accepted if you or your business would like to make a contribution. Contact our headquarters for details Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We are hoping for an even bigger turn out this year, so feel free to bring your family and enjoy a night of food and fellowship.
